Who is this for: individuals or companies?
Both. Individuals use it to plan their own development path. Companies use it to calibrate bench strength, identify training needs, and surface internal talent.
What does my supervisor see?
The supervisor sees the supervisor assessment instrument only, not your self-assessment or scenario scores. The consolidated report goes to you. Aggregated team reports are available for company engagements.
What are the 11 skill areas assessed?
Project planning, scheduling, cost and budget, scope, risk, quality, communications, stakeholders, leadership, change, and integration. The report scores each area and recommends targeted training.
How long does the whole process take?
Most candidates complete the assessments in under three hours total, spread over a few days. Supervisor turnaround is the main variable. Reports are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks of all inputs being received.
Can we run this across an entire team?
Yes. Company engagements get aggregated team reporting alongside individual reports. Group discounts available. Contact us for a quote.
