Project Management Fundamentals Course
New project managers, project team members, and professionals who manage projects without the formal title.
Overview
A practitioner-led introduction to project management built around the principles codified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Our developers and instructors have spent decades running real projects across aerospace, automotive, construction, energy, and higher ed, so they teach the fundamentals the way they actually work in practice.
You pick the path: one-day in-person workshop, two-day Microsoft® Project integrated workshop or self-paced online with 11 hands-on labs. For company cohorts of five or more, we customize the case study to mirror your team’s real project context. People learn project management by planning and running projects, so that is what you do, start to finish, during the course.
