Overview

The Project Management Professional (PMP)® is the gold-standard credential for working project managers. This intensive course is designed to do one thing well: prepare you to pass the current PMI PMP exam covering the People, Process, and Business Environment domains.

Petersen Training is a PMI Premier Authorized Training Provider, so the materials, instructors, and 500+ practice questions in our proprietary Exam Simulator come from the real PMI source, not third-party study guides. Our instructors are PMP-certified project managers who have run the kinds of projects the exam asks about. They stay available, along with the Exam Simulator, until you are certified.

Frequently asked questions

Does this course satisfy the 35 contact hours PMI requires?
Yes. Completing the course earns the 35 contact hours required to sit for the PMP exam.
Do I have to take the PMP exam right after the course?
No. You schedule the exam with PMI on your own timeline. Our instructors and Exam Simulator remain available to support you until you are certified.
Is the course taught in person or online?
Both. We run in-person cohorts and live online cohorts. On-site delivery for company teams is also available. Contact us for a quote.
