Overview

The Project Management Training Camp is the most immersive PM training experience we offer. It is built around our proprietary simulation engine, a probabilistic, AI-driven simulator that responds to your team’s decisions and produces real, unscripted project outcomes.

You and your team will plan, execute, and control a live project across 20+ practice iterations. You will work with real teammates and virtual staff members with distinct personalities, work ethic, and character traits. You will face the same scope, schedule, cost, resource, quality, risk, and stakeholder issues that show up on real projects. Your coach is a senior project manager who has lived these scenarios and will debrief with you after each cycle, covering what worked, what did not, and what to try next.

  1. Day 1
    Onboard and plan
    • Coach introduces the simulation context and team setup
    • Build the initial project plan: scope, schedule, cost, resources
    • Identify risks and stakeholder strategy
    • First simulation cycle: make decisions, run the work, see results
    • Debrief and reflect on outcomes
  2. Day 2
    Execute and control
    • Continue through multiple plan / execute / control iterations
    • Coach-facilitated reflection, correction, and reporting exercises
    • Adjust to risks, stakeholder pressure, and team dynamics in real time
    • Practice progress reporting and decision-making under load
  3. Day 3
    Advanced challenges and close-out
    • Higher-difficulty scenarios introducing change orders and stakeholder conflict
    • Team versus team performance comparison
    • Final close-out, lessons learned, and personal action plans

Is this a game?
No. The simulation is fun, but it is not a game. The engine is built around real-world project decisions and outcomes from our coaches' client experience and more than 100,000 training camp participants.
Who should attend?
Seasoned PMs, new PMs, company leaders, and project support staff. Anyone who works on or around projects benefits from seeing the consequences of decisions in a low-risk environment.
What does the three-day training camp cover?
Days 1 and 2 run the core plan / execute / control iterations with coach-facilitated debriefs. Day 3 adds higher-difficulty scenarios, change orders, and a head-to-head team comparison, then closes with lessons learned and personal action plans.
Can you deliver this on-site for our company?
Yes. On-site delivery is how we run most of these workshops. We adapt the simulation context to your industry and project work.
