Overview

Guiding Organizational Change is the most immersive change-leadership training we offer. Like our Project Management Training Camp, it is powered by our proprietary simulation engine, but the decisions, dynamics, and debriefs are built around change events instead of project execution.

Across three days, you and your team will guide a virtual organization through the full Transition Process using our LEVERage framework. You will face the same kinds of stakeholder resistance, communication trade-offs, and adoption challenges that show up on real transformations. Your coach has led change in real organizations and will debrief with you after each iteration to turn experience into skill.

    • Coach introduces change leadership concepts and the Transition Process
    • LEVERage framework overview
    • Establish team roles and initial change plan
    • First simulation cycle: deliver an early change event

  2. Day 2
    Multi-event change leadership
    • Plan and execute progressively more complex change events
    • Stakeholder mapping and resistance management
    • Communication cadence and feedback loops
    • Coach-facilitated debrief after each iteration

    Sustaining change and adoption
    • Navigate late-stage change scenarios with mounting pressure
    • Adoption measurement and reinforcement
    • Personal change-leadership action plans

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from your Project Management Training Camp?
PMTC focuses on running a project end-to-end. GOC focuses on leading people and organizations through change events while project work continues. Both use the same simulation engine, but the decisions, debriefs, and outcomes are different.
Who benefits most from this workshop?
Anyone whose role requires guiding others through change: program managers, transformation leads, PMO leaders, change champions, and project managers running change-heavy initiatives.
Do we need prior project management experience?
Project management context helps, but change leadership skills apply broadly. Even non-PMs in leadership roles get significant value from the simulation.
Is on-site delivery available?
Yes. We adapt the change scenarios to your industry and specific transformation context.
