Construction Management Training Camp
Construction project managers, superintendents, field leaders, and project support staff running multi-trade construction projects.
Overview
The Construction Management Training Camp puts construction PMs, superintendents, and field leaders inside a realistic, multi-day construction simulation. It is built around our proprietary simulation engine, a probabilistic, AI-driven simulator that responds to your team’s decisions and produces real, unscripted project outcomes.
Across three days, you and your team will plan, execute, and control a live construction project across 20+ practice iterations. You will face the same scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, resource, and trades-coordination issues that characterize real construction work. Your coach has run construction projects in the field and will debrief with you after each cycle, surfacing what worked, what broke, and how to handle the next round of decisions better.
